When a class won't start

Class status says whether new classes can start now, for everyone. What the screen may say, and what to do:

Classes are paused right now: new classes are paused for everyone for a while, and the message may say when they'll be back. Please try again later.
Classes are closed right now: classes are open at set hours, which the message gives.
Today's classes are full: there's a limit on classes each day, and today's is used up. Please come back tomorrow.
The classroom is full: the classroom can hold only so many classes at once, and they're all running. Please try again in a few minutes.
Classes are paused for your family: we've paused your family's classes, and the message says why. Please contact us.
Time for a grown-up to take a look: your family's class time has run out, or the free trial is over. A grown-up can see what's left, and get more, on the Class time page: see Class time.
Lots of classes going right now: three of your children are in class already. Please try again when one of them has finished.
That's all your class time for today: your child's class time for today, in their learning plan, is used up. Classes start again tomorrow, or a grown-up can give 20 more minutes for today on the family page: see Your child's learning plan.
Let's ask a grown-up first: your child is keeping to their plan, and this lesson isn't one of today's. A grown-up can start it from the family pages, or let your child pick their own lessons in their Settings: see Your child's learning plan.
Ask a grown-up first: a parent needs to allow this child's voice classes, or to agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, on your family page: see Consents and voice classes. Grown-up: open classes, on your child's page, asks for your PIN and opens what to do.
Classes are off until you agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy: press Review and agree on your family page.
Classes are off for now: your account is waiting to be deleted: see Deleting your account.
Your teacher is on the way…, then Sorry, your teacher couldn't make it to class right now: press Try again. If it happens again, check Class status, and tell us if classes are open.
The voice classroom isn't available right now: the class couldn't be set up. Please try again in a few minutes.

A class that has already started carries on when classes are paused or closed: only new classes wait.
