A dropped connection

When the internet blips, the class shows Reconnecting… and usually comes back by itself.

If the connection drops, the screen says The connection dropped, and that your child's place is saved. The teacher stops and waits. Press Go back in:

Within about a minute and a half, your child goes back into the same class, where the teacher has waited.
After that, a new class opens and picks up from the saved place.

Time away after a dropped connection doesn't count toward the class's time limit.

If it's the teacher who drops out, the screen says Your teacher lost the connection, with Join again, which picks up from the saved place too.
