Buy class hours in packs, whenever you need them, on your family's class time page. All your children share them, they don't expire, and there's no subscription.

Start from $3: 1 hour of class time, about 1 to 3 lessons. Try a class, then buy more when you like.

Your first class is on us: a new family starts with 15 minutes of class time, free. Once per family, and it doesn't expire.

Prices are in US dollars (USD), before tax. Any tax is worked out from your billing address at checkout.

How class time works

• Your children share the family's class hours. Lessons are planned for 20 to 40 minutes.
• A class takes the time on its class clock, from when your child joins, less any time away. A class under a minute, or one that went wrong on our side, takes nothing.
• Class hours you buy don't expire. Buy more whenever you like: there's no subscription, and nothing renews.
• Buying always needs your parent PIN, so children can't. They never see a price.

Refunds

Class hours aren't refundable, except where the law requires it (in the EU and the UK, for example, within 14 days of buying). If we stop offering classes, we refund the hours you haven't used. If a class that went wrong on our side ever takes time, we give the hours back, as class time rather than money. The Terms of Service say more.

When classes can start

New classes can start at any time of day. A class that has started carries on to its end. Whether classes are open right now is on Class status.
