Downloading your family's data

On your account page, press Download all your data. You get a file with everything your account holds: your children, their lessons and reports, each class, your consent answers, your family's class time, and your purchases and payments. It's a JSON file, a plain format that other programs can read, named with the day you downloaded it.

It includes your children's answers in class, so please keep it safe. The account page is a parent page, so it asks for your parent PIN first.

If you'd like to keep the reports, download a copy before you remove a child or delete your account.
