Telling us about a problem with a class
If something in a class seems wrong, tell us from that lesson's report: open Something wrong with this class? Tell us, choose what went wrong, and say what happened. Roughly when in the class, and what was said or shown, helps us find it. The choices are:
- A mistake in the lesson, such as a wrong answer
- The teacher didn't understand my child
- Sound or connection trouble
- Something not right for children
- Something else
A person on our team looks at that class, and writes to your account's email if we have a question or once it's fixed.
For a class with no report yet, or anything else, use the contact form and choose Problem with a class. You don't need to sign in.
The AI teacher can get things wrong: it can misunderstand your child, or say something that isn't quite right. The lessons are drafts that no certified teacher has reviewed yet, so what you tell us helps.
