Emergencies, and reaching us
If a child may be in danger right now, call 911.
Children and teens can reach Kids Help Phone any time: call 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868. If you think a child in BC is being harmed, you can call BC's child protection line, 1-800-663-9122, at any hour.
My Family School isn't an emergency service, and no one watches classes as they happen. If a child may be in danger right now, call 911 first.
For anything else, use the contact form. You don't need to sign in. Choose a topic (Question, Problem with a class, Privacy or my data, Safety concern, Something else), and a person on our team reads what you send and writes back to the email you give if it needs an answer. The form isn't for emergencies.
What you send is kept in our database in Canada, and only our staff can read it. To have it deleted, just ask.
Didn't find your answer? See Questions parents ask, or write to us. You don't need to sign in.
